Congratulations Wendy Harpur - HR Director at BKL in London, UK (AGN EMEA region).

Wendy was nominated for her commercial and compassionate attributes. She has helped the team at BKL appreciate each other better by championing the value and potential of people - particularly through inclusion and innovation.

In 2020, Wendy co-founded the Beat Bullying Collective, tackling workplace bullying and providing free support to hundreds of people. The introduction of a new feedback tool, which allows people to talk openly and honestly brought positive results and BKL’s clients were extremely grateful for Wendy’s furlough and redundancy consultations.

Wendy was rewarded for her achievements with an expense-paid trip to attend the AGN 2021 World Congress in Miami Florida, USA happening in November!

Malcolm Ward, Global CEO of AGN International adds, “The award ceremony aims to inspire others and reinforces the positive leadership role models and driving both the careers of our leading female professionals and members’ businesses to further success. The AGN association is progressively building our work in this area.”
