Inability to Attend Insurance is Now Included With
                                                  Your AGN Attendee Or Sponsor Registration!

AGN will NOT be providing refunds if you are unable to attend the event. Instead, we are providing a refund insurance policy. Please note this insurance will NOT cover your airfare, hotel charges or changing your mind due to work commitments or for circumstances arising from COVID-19 travel restrictions.  We would suggest you look into alternative insurance to cover airfare and hotel charges. 

Read the terms below carefully, and consider the timing of making your booking and the risks that remain uninsured. In the unlikely circumstance the event itself is cancelled, AGN would manage liabilities and consider the ability to refund event registration fees.

Inability to Attend Insurance

Attendee Registration Insurance is now included in your registration fee. This coverage is underwritten by Lloyds of London.

You will receive a 96% refund, if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control that is covered under the policy. This coverage starts on the date you pay for registration and ends on the first date of the show.

How to Submit a Claim

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the conclusion of the event. To request a refund, please visit the claims website at the link below or email  You will be asked to enter some
information and provide a few supporting documents.


What is Covered

1.  The death, injury, or illness happening to the attendee or exhibitor, a member of their immediate family who is under the age of 70, or any person(s) in the group to attend the event with the attendee or exhibitor.

2.  Adverse weather including snow, frost, fog or storm where the Police service or other local Government agency have issued a warning not to travel.

3.  Mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft in route of a private vehicle taking the attendee or exhibitor to this event.

4.  Jury Duty which the attendee or exhibitor was unaware of at the time of registration.

5.  The attendee or exhibitor being summoned to appear at court proceedings as a witness which they were unaware of at the time of registration.

6.  Burglary or fire at the residence of the attendee or exhibitor in the forty-eight (48) hours immediately before this event that required attendance of the emergency services.

7.  The attendee or exhibitor being a member of the armed forces and being posted overseas unexpectedly.

8.  Unexpected disruption of the public transport networks the attendee or exhibitor could not have reasonably known about before the date or time of this event.

9.  The attendee or exhibitor being relocated for work more than one hundred (100) miles from the work location which they were unaware of at the time of booking, or they are unexpectedly terminated from their job.

    When does the insurance coverage start?    
    The moment you pay your registration and/or sponsorship fee. 

    What if I attend one day, but can't attend the next?
    If you attend one day of registration you cannot be refunded for any other missed functions.  Fees cannot be pro-rated.

    When does the insurance coverage end?
    Upon the show opening on the first day of the event.

    When can I file a claim?
    As soon as you know that you're unable to attend.  Whether it's 6 months out or 30 days after the event.

    Wait...I can file a claim after the event if I missed it?
    Absolutely!  You can file a claim up to 30 days AFTER the event.

    Who is covering this insurance?
    The coverage is underwritten by Lloyds of London.  It is powered by Rainprotection Insurance.

    What do I have to do to sign up for this insurance?
    Nothing!  It is automatically included in your registration.

    Does this insurance cover my sponsorship fee too?
    Yes!  Sponsorship spent on the World Congress / NARM are included.

    What if I have claims questions?
