Daria (Dee) D. Palaschak, CPA, MST

Tax Partner Dee provides tax planning and compliance services to individuals, partnerships, S corporations and trusts, with an emphasis on high net worth individuals and their related entities. Her areas of expertise include tax research, planning, multi-state and gift tax matters. She also has experience representing clients in federal and state tax audits and resolving numerous issues with various taxing authorities.

In addition to her client work, Dee instructs internal continuing education courses in various areas of taxation.? She leads the Firm's Individuals/Trusts team and is a member of the Manufacturing/Distribution team.

She has taught Accounting for Contemporary Issues in Taxation, Not-for-Profit Entities and Wealth Management classes at La Roche College’s Master of Science in Accountancy Program.

Dee joined Sisterson in 1990. She has two sons and lives in South Park, PA.

Ursula Scroggs joined Derderian, Kann, Seyferth & Salucci, P.C. in 1973 as a high school co-op student and progressed with the firm to her current position as President and Managing Director. In addition to this role, she works with businesses and their owners in all areas of planning, financial management, tax consulting and performance improvement.
