During this one-hour webinar, Dee Palaschak will provide a basic overview of the income taxation of trusts. She will discuss how some of the recent tax legislation applies to trusts. She will also explain how the trust tax rules impact the tax obligations of trust beneficiaries.

Daria (Dee) D. Palaschak, CPA, MST
Tax Partner Dee provides tax planning and compliance services to individuals, partnerships, S corporations and trusts, with an emphasis on high net worth individuals and their related entities. Her areas of expertise include tax research, planning, multi-state and gift tax matters. She also has experience representing clients in federal and state tax audits and resolving numerous issues with various taxing authorities.
In addition to her client work, Dee instructs internal continuing education courses in various areas of taxation.? She leads the Firm's Individuals/Trusts team and is a member of the Manufacturing/Distribution team.
She has taught Accounting for Contemporary Issues in Taxation, Not-for-Profit Entities and Wealth Management classes at La Roche College’s Master of Science in Accountancy Program.
Dee joined Sisterson in 1990. She has two sons and lives in South Park, PA.
