As states look to fill their coffers, they are pursuing more than just large corporate taxpayers.  States have also become increasingly aggressive in their audit and enforcement efforts against individuals.  This webinar will explore state income tax issues faced by individual taxpayers, including residency, credits, nexus and gain on the sale of a business.
