Summer SaLT Update – Recent Developments Relating to Passthrough Entities

State and local taxation of passthrough entities continues to present complex issues for the entities and their owners.  Those issues will multiply as more and more businesses operate as passthrough entities.  This webinar will explore those issues with an emphasis on nexus/doing business, credits for tax paid, partnership audit rules, SALT cap workarounds, and disregarded entities.
