It is summer-time in the Southern Hemisphere and the last quarter has been marked by vacation. The South American region is finishing the pre-admission period with a new prospective member firm in Dominican Republic.

We have received inquiries seeking information about AGN from firms in Panama and Argentina.  We are talking with both.

The Cyclical Practice Review program is on-going. In the last months, three members firms in the region have been reviewed by Carlos Valdivia, from Lima—two firms in Chile (AGN ABATAS and Guerra & Raby Asociados) and the Paraguayan member firm, AUDICON.

The 2007 Annual Regional Meeting will be held in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, in mid July. The date and other details will be determined and communicated.
