| Day 7 – Thursday, September 25, 2008 |
The last day of the tour will start with breakfast in the hotel after which we will be bussed across the border from Brazil into Argentina.
Having crossed the border, we will first visit the viewpoint from which the other two bordering countries can be seen (an obelisk with their national colours marks each country).
We will then travel onto the start of the small railway that will take us to the walkways to experience the waterfall on the Argentinean side. This will entail going along a walkway that will take us to the very edge of the Garganta del Diablo and looking down into the throat of this spectacularly impressive drop.
After recovering from this experience, we will be bussed to the local airport, Puerto Iguassu to take our flight down to the city airport of Buenos Aires, which is a flight of some 2 hours.
We will then be met there by busses and transferred to the Congress hotel, The Caesar’s Park Hotel (www.caesar-park.com) to start the activities of the Congress itself.
