For the first time ever, the Congress is being held in South America.
To celebtate that and provide attendees with the possibility of exploring a continent that is full of exiting and vibrant sights, a pre-congress tour has been arranged.

This will start on Friday September 19 in Rio de Janeiro and last until Thursday September 25 when tour will end in Buenos Aires and the Congress itself will commence and last for the next two days. Along the way, the tour will explore the captivating city of Rio, enjoy the tropical waters alongside an old Portuguese colonial city, and then spend time at what can only be properly described as the 8th wonder of the world….the waterfalls of Iguassu.

All this is  followed by the unequalled experience of having the Congress itself in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina and recognized as the “Paris of the South”. The atmosphere in this tantilizing city is unequalled anywhere in the world. Everyone attending the meeting will have the chance to sample this unique environment and be able to immerse themselves in something which is not readiliy available in many other locations….namely, a friendly but dignified existance.

To ensure your place on the pre-congress tour you need to register no later than July 9, 2008 ……..registration for the congress itself can be made up until the middle of August.
