To ensure that your registration is recorded, please complete the Registration Form and submit it to the AGN Executive Office in London, to arrive no later than August 17, 2008.
An invoice covering the applicable delegate’s fee will be raised by AGN London and sent to you after receipt of your registration. Payment of this invoice must be made no later than August 29, 2008.

This fee includes the cost of a delegate attending all functions listed in the Technical and Social Programmes and for a companion attending all events in the Social Programme ; it is not possible to reduce the fee for events not attended.
The fee does NOT include:
- hotel accommodation costs at the Caesar Park Hotel, Buenos Aires. Room rates have been negotiated with the hotel for delegate’s entire length of stay in connection with attendance at the Congress.
The daily rate for a single and double room is US$248 including breakfast and local taxes at 21 per cent.
Your reservation will be made and confirmed to you by the AGN Executive Office in London before the start of the conference, but you will have to settle these costs directly with the hotel before you leave. You should not contact the hotel directly to make reservations.
- telephone calls and other personal expenses
- transportation to and from the airport as well as any applicable entry visa costs.
- optional tour on Sunday September 28 to an Argentinean ranch
ARRIVAL TIME:
The hotels guarantee that rooms will be available for occupancy as from 12 noon on the day of arrival. If you wish to occupy your room before that time (especially morning arrivals) please notify us of your arrival time and we will pass it onto the hotel, which will try and accommodate you. The only way of guaranteeing accommodation for an earlier check in time is to book for the previous night.
ADDITIONAL NIGHTS:
Should you wish to spend any additional nights - outside those of the Congress -this can be arranged, subject to availability, at the same cost as for the Congress stay. We will be pleased to make these reservations on your behalf but you will have to settle such costs directly with the hotel on your departure.
It is strongly advised that you make such bookings early, as they will be outside the block bookings made by AGN, which cover the nights of Thursday, September 25 through Saturday, September 27.

VISA REQUIREMENTS:
It is imperative that you check with your travel agent as to whether you need a visa to enter Argentina. This should be done with enough time to ensure itsissuance before your arrival in Argentina. AGN will not be responsible for your non-entry to the country because of visa problems. If you need an invitation, either from the Executive Office or one of the local AGN member firms, you must request this with sufficient time for the visa to be issued.
