AGN-NA has revised how our conferences are billed. During the registration process, you will be asked if you want to pay now via credit card or pay later with an automatic invoice due prior to the conference date.  All amounts are in US dollars. 

Practice Management Delegate (Monday and Tuesday): US$420
Practice Management Delegate plus Executive Leadership Workshop (Sunday through Tuesday): US$770

Executive Leadership Workshop (Sunday Only): US$350
Executive Leadership Workshop (Sunday & Monday): US$435
Guest/Spouse of Delegate (Fee includes breakfasts on Monday and Tuesday, and Sunday and Monday evening social events): US$380

Don't forget to make your hotel reservation! This is a separate process from conference registration.

Cancellations for all technical and social events must be received before 5 p.m. MT on October 4, 2017 to avoid penalty. While substitutions will always be accepted, cancellations received between October 5 and October 18 are subject to a fee of $200. Unfortunately,  no refunds are available for cancellations received after October 18, 2017.

Registering for the conference does not include your hotel reservation; you must make your reservation separately.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
October 4, 2017 (Room rate: $240 + tax; no resort fee)

Attire

Business casual (and comfortable shoes) will be appropriate for all technical sessions and social events. Do remember that hotel air conditioning systems are prone to fluctuation, you may wish to bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions to ensure your comfort. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes/boots!

Temperatures


In Nashville, the month of October is characterized by rapidly falling daily high temperatures, with daily highs decreasing by 11ºF, from 77ºF to 67ºF over the course of the month. It rarely exceeds 86ºF or drops below 54ºF. During October, the average daytime temperatures reach up to 80ºF; nighttime lows reach 60ºF. The chance of precipitation remains at approximately 25% throughout the month.


Insurance/Liability

AGN International - North America, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident to private property, or additional expenses incurred as a result of delays or changes in air, rail, sea, road, or other services, strikes, sickness, weather, and any other cause. Participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.
Continuing Education Information (CPE/CPD)

North American Regional Meeting participants will receive a link to an online evaluation form which allows you to rate sessions throughout each day. After you evaluate the last session of the conference, you will have access to your CPE certificate.

Canadian Members: you may submit your CPE certificate to your Provincial Institute to qualify for CPD. 

Learning Objectives:  The overall program's objective is to provide organizational learning processes that are collaborative and iterative so as to expand participants' knowledge in the critical areas of Practice Management, Personal Development, Tax, and State and Local Tax. (See each session's description)

Prerequisites:  Must be a firm partner, principal, manager, in a leadership position, or have partner approval to attend
