Chuck Manganiello, CPA is the founder of
where he leads a team of instructors who provide training services to accounting firms in the areas of Audit Efficiency / Effectiveness, Staff Development, Accounting & Auditing Updates, Data Analysis Audit Software, and Key Leadership Skills.
Chuck has been providing training and consulting services to accounting firms for the past 20 years.
Instructor: Glenn Aldridge, CPA
Glenn Aldridge, CPA is an instructor for the AuditSense team and specializes in providing core-level staff training and consulting services to CPA firms.
Glenn has over 20 years of experience working in public accounting. His primary areas of responsibility have included coordinating audit, review, compilation, tax, and other types of financial reporting engagements, such as agreed-upon procedures for closely held businesses and for ensuring that professional standards are met during those engagements.

Joseph P. Nicola, Jr. is a Tax Partner with AGN member firm

. Joe has over thirty years of experience in many diverse areas of tax practice, including the taxation of and planning for all forms of business, such as corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. His background includes significant experience in transactional work, such as corporate and partnership mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt restructuring, family office taxation, complex consolidated return issues, hedge fund and index licensing issues, like-kind exchanges, and entity structures. He is also well-versed in oil & gas taxation, ERISA and employee benefits, representation before the Internal Revenue Service, multi-state taxation, and accounting for income taxes. Finally, Joe has significant litigation support experience, including civil litigation, family law practice, criminal tax defense, and pre-trial assistance (such as assistance in the discovery and deposition process.)

Instructor: Bradley R. Self, Chief Talent Officer
As Clark Schaefer Hackett’s Chief Talent Officer, Brad Self
provides strategic direction and oversight for all areas of Talent Management within the firm, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, organizational change management, succession planning, and the startup of the new Strategic Talent Management Services Group. He also plays a lead role in the implementation of CSH’s strategic plan, specifically in the areas of firm culture and maximizing career opportunities for all employees.
Brad brings more than 25 years of experience in a wide range of human resource areas to his role at Clark Schaefer Hackett. He uses his passion for strategic HR to create employee development programs and process that align with the firm strategies to drive firmwide employee engagement. By offering tools and resources that support career success, he galvanizes the CSH workforce to be involved in, enthusiastic about, and committed to their work. Brad is the author of the CSH Max (Career Opportunity Maximization) initiative -- the firm’s comprehensive employee career life cycle that provides development programs at every level.
Instructor: Ali Ruhenkamp, SHRM-SCP, Learning & Development Manager
Alison Ruhenkamp is a Learning & Development Manager with Clark Schaefer Hackett. Working from Cincinnati, she directs the firm’s internship and college recruitment program, and leads orientation, on-boarding activities and the Buddy Program to help new hires become engaged with the firm from day one. Assisting employees with their career growth, Alison also developed and leads the firm Coaching Program to help employees get real-time feedback and guidance through their career. In addition, Alison was instrumental in creating the competency and career progression “Line of Sight” models for the firm. She also assists with various professional development and leadership development initiatives.

Michelle Argueta focuses her practice on providing assurance services to middle-market companies in the manufacturing & distribution, telecommunications, and publishing and printing industries. Michelle also specializes in performing employee benefit plan audits.
Instructor: Katie Schnieber, CPA, Manager
Katie Schnieber is responsible for all aspects of audit, review and compilation engagements in a wide range of industries. She specializes in serving clients in the financial institutions industry, professional service firms, manufacturers and distributors.
Katie is known for providing excellent client service. She takes the time to understand each clients’ business, will ask the important questions and listen to the answers in order to arrive at the best conclusion for the organization. This allows Katie to provide value added suggestions relating to operations, internal controls and best practices.

Carrie is a founding shareholder and President of The Whetstone Group, Inc. Since 2000 Whetstone has provided growth consulting services to hundreds of CPA firms, professional service firms, and companies in business-to-business markets nationwide. She has 20+ years of professional services marketing experience.
She is also a skilled trainer and provides group sales training as well as one-on-one coaching that enables attendees to better understand the sales cycle and develop the personal skills necessary to close sales. Firm leaders, practitioners, marketing professionals benefit from her knowledge and dynamic approach.
