AGN welcomes new member firm in The Netherlands: Q Concepts

September 2018

AGN International is pleased to announce the membership of a new firm in the Netherlands, namely Q-Concepts. The firm is audit and assurance focused, with offices in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Rotterdam and Maastricht. They are a young, dynamic and fast-growing organisation that is aware of its role in the public environment and in their own words their name signifies that quality is their main focus.

Q-Concepts has a unique approach with senior professionals, mostly from the Big4 accounting firms. A high percentage of our team of 65 FTE is Certified Public Auditor (CPA) (In Dutch RA). The firm is ranked in the top 10 audit & assurance firms in Netherlands.

The firm supports a range of clients; from SMEs to housing corporations and healthcare institutions. Hands-on and with a comprehensive service package: Audit & Assurance, IT-Audit & Advisory and audit-related services. For colleague audit firms, they offer the unique Audit Only-concept.

Last but not least: they have been nominated for the FD Gazellen Awards for five consecutive years, meaning they are one of the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands!

The firm’s International Contact Partner will be Cor Pijnenburg, who has gained a wealth of experience as an accountant at various organisations, varying from medium-sized organisations to large (listed) companies. He is also experienced in interim and turn-around management for growing and professionalising enterprises. As well as his extensive practical experience, Cor is specialised in the food and retail sectors. Cor is also actively involved in advisory services surrounding mergers and acquisitions, appraisal issues and restructuring.

Cor is based at our office in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. His working method is based on intensive collaborations with tightly-run project management with attention for the people behind the business, analytically strong, open with a hands-on approach. As a member of the board, Cor is also a reviewer on behalf of the NBA Supervisory Board, a member of the non-PIE audit organisations panel and a lecturer at the Sdu Licent Academy.
He comments: “The AGN-meetings provide training, advice from other members about local developments and experiences, contacts and relationships which are essential to better serve our clients internationally.”

AGN is pleased to be able to welcome this new dynamic firm and looks forward to working with them in the future and believes that this relationship will be of benefit to not only the new firm’s clients but also those of our existing members around the globe.
